Victorian Extendable Brass Salmon Gaff

A scarce Victorian  brass extending salmon / pike gaff with turned rosewood handle.

This gaff  is made up of combination of materials wood handle brass round shaft and iron gaff.

Brass hinged  point protector stamped made in England. The handle has brass carry ring which unscrews.

This really is a super fully working piece of British fishing history.

41 cm extending to 71 cm.
