Kugae Gundogs is looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Apprentice to join our family-run team based in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

This isn't your typical office apprenticeship

At Kugae Gundogs, no two days are ever the same.

You'll be working across a wide range of exciting projects, helping us continue to grow one of the UK's fastest-growing gundog businesses. From creating engaging content to launching new products and improving our online presence, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day business.

What you'll be involved with

As part of the team, you'll gain practical experience in areas including:

• Creating content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Managing and developing our Shopify website.
• Using AI tools to improve marketing and business efficiency.
• Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Photographing and filming products, puppies and training sessions.
• Writing blogs, product descriptions and social media posts.
• Learning how digital marketing helps grow a successful e-commerce business.
• Analysing website and social media performance to help shape future content.

Who we're looking for

We're searching for someone who:

• Is creative and enjoys producing digital content.
• Has an interest in social media, marketing and technology.
• Is excited about AI and how it can improve businesses.
• Is motivated, organised and willing to learn.
• Enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.
• Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply complete an apprenticeship.

Previous experience isn't essential—we're much more interested in attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
