All training is at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm caused by your dog before, during, or after training.

You must:

Ensure your dog is healthy and fully vaccinated

Tell us about any known behaviour problems

Follow our training advice

We may remove any dog or handler if they cause danger or disruption.

6.3 Cancellations

Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice may lead to a charge

Residential or multi-session bookings have their own cancellation terms, which will be shared in advance

7. Events (Including Simulated and Live Game Days)

7.1 Participation Rules
All participants must follow the safety briefing and staff guidance. Anyone aged under 16 must attend an event designed for under-16s.

7.2 Conduct and Behaviour
We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if they act dangerously or disrupt the event.

7.3 Weather and Safety
We may cancel or move events based on weather or safety conditions. We will let participants know as soon as possible.

8. Product Sales

8.1 Ownership and Payment
Products stay the property of Kugae Gundogs until fully paid for. All prices include VAT where applicable.

8.2 Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 14 days if unused and in original packaging

Custom or personal items are only returnable if faulty

8.3 International Orders
If you order from abroad, you are responsible for customs duties and extra fees.

9. Gift Vouchers

All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be traded for cash. They are valid for 12 months from issue.
